The following brands will be offered at live auction. If you're unable to attend, you may bid by phone during the actual sale of the brand you're interested in by contacting J.M. Auctioneering & Realty prior to sale day to make arrangements. You may also place a bid with J.M. Auctioneering & Realty prior to sale day, but any tie bid will go to the buyer present. Buyers are responsible for the brand transfer fee of $50 required by the Brand Division at the time the buyer submits the transfer to the Brand Division. Most brands have their current assessment paid but some do not, which is $275. Buyer will be responsible for unpaid assessments, so keep that in mind while bidding. This will be paid to the Brand Division at the time you submit the transfer to them. You need to make the transfer in 2008, otherwise the assessment goes up each year. You have until June 30, 2010 to pay the assessment. The assessment is good through 2011. Many brands have irons included and most have an opening minimum bid.
