On Site Hay Auction buyers and sellers

No hay to be removed until settled for. If possible, hay needs to be removed day of sale or following Monday--otherwise special arrangements will need to be made.

Cash or cashable check. High dollar purchases may require a wire transfer or cashier's check. Credit cards not accepted at this time.

We will do our best to monitor hay in the yard but once you become the high bidder you are ultimately solely responsible for it. Any negitive weather conditions or adverse conditions are your risk.

We will do our best to be diligent but if you choose to use our loader services you agree to hold J.M. Auctioneering & Realty, any associates, and any affiliates harmless should any mishaps occur.

If you have submitted a consignment and I've failed to get back to you please call again as your submission may have gotten lost in cyber space or the digital world somewhere. The more info you can give me the better such as pictures, test results, weights, etc. Early consignments will have more oportunity for advertising exposure.

All sellers will need to have a signed agreement/consignment form on file. Once I have one on file it will serve for future auctions until notified otherwise. Form available upon request.

Normally we will receive hay Thursday and Friday before the auction during business hours.
